A project with unisuper to help retirees understand how to maximise their superannuation. a series of concepts were created and tested, aimed at supporting people in different parts of their retirement journey. the concepts engaged retirees to think about their retirement and the ways they can use their superannuation in support of this.
A service experience was created that details how service future and existing service components can work together at different points in the journey to overcome barriers and meet people's needs.
